Speed Limit is a song performed by Kerli. Without Kerli's consent, the song leaked onto the web on January 9, 2011. A new version leaked along with many other tracks in December 2012, suggesting Speed Limit could have appeared on Utopia. She performed the song at Kiss Me Deadly. It was supposed to be the track seven on her second album, later became an EP, Utopia, but however it was never included in the final track listing.

The song was produced by Oliver "Oligee" Goldstein[1] and Josh Abraham[2].
When a fan asked Kerli about the song on her formspring, she replied with this answer, In an interview Kerli also stated:
It will be [included on my second album]. Speed Limit is the first song I wrote for this album actually. I did the demo on my laptop in garage band cause back then I didn't have logic. We actually had to keep some of the demo vocals that were recorded with the hole in my computer cause we couldn't top them vibe-wise.[3]
